Beyond competitive shooting, Shovon holds a BSc in Apparel Manufacture & Technology and an MBA in Human Resource Management. He has conducted pioneering SCATT-based performance research in precision shooting and developed an innovative stabilization-based shooting inner garment used by competitive shooters internationally.
